Introducing Winston

Say hello to Winston, he is to be our companion during our French road trip.  He is a lovely present courtesy of Jennie and Tom to remind us of home.  


We have been given the task of photographing him at all of the iconic French landmarks so keep your eyes peeled!!!  

Our first ever attempt at blogging!

Well here goes, our first ever post.  Thought we had better practice whilst we had people around to ask if it all went horribly wrong but - touch wood - this blogging lark seems to be relatively easy.  


We have spent this evening, unpacking all of our recent Amazon purchases - Ooh the excitement!! From headlight deflectors to camping chairs - well we should really say beach chairs since we have no intention whatsoever of staying under canvass, hot showers and brick buildings for us! 


Only 24 working days to go - not that we are counting!!  Next stop Dunkirk......
